Background
Mr. Moore started his Worker’s Compensation career in 2003 and began representing clients such as Exxon Mobile, Travelers Insurance and Chevron. He worked on complex toxic tort and product liability matters and worked with in-house counsel on the resolution of multi-million dollar cases.

 
Immediately before joining the Law Offices of Jeffrey Weiss, Mr. Moore worked for Grancell, Lebovitz, Stander, Reubens & Thomas in Los Angeles, California. As a direct result of his hard work and dedication to providing the best service for his clients, he received multiple personal referrals, achieved several “take nothing” defenses in a case in chief, and was appointed to the following panels: American Airlines; McDonald’s; United Airlines; Northop Grumman; One Beacon Insurance.

 
Throughout his career, Mr. Moore resolved numerous cases by Compromise & Release and Stipulation & Award, participated in presentations to adjusters and principals, cross-examined AME and QME physicians, prepared Trial Briefs and Petitions for Dismissal, and handled lien files to resolution.


Education
Julian A. Moore obtained a Bachelor of Science in Commerce;Marketing in May of 2000 from The University of Virginia; thereafter he proceeded to graduate from The University of Southern California Law School and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in May of 2003. While in school, he was a semi finalist in the prestigious Hale Moot Court Honor Program and was awarded Runner-Up Best Petitioner Brief.
