Compensation. Background Mr. Alpern
began practicing in the field of workers' compensation in
2003. Experience
includes conducting the depositions of over 300 medical-legal
evaluators and numerous trials.
Litigation experience regarding California
jurisdiction over out of
state employees with minimal contacts in the State of California.
Additionally, Mr. Alpern is experienced in filing
petitions for consolidation of multiple workers’
compensation cases regarding issues of common fact and law. Memberships Admitted
to the California State Bar in December 2001.
He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District
Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth
Circuit Court of Appeals. Education Mr. Alpern
was awarded a juris doctor degree in 2001 from the University
of California,
